ARSI RehabScience Institute ("ARSI", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Contact messages. When you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message so that we can reply.
Examination accounts. When you register a student account we store your email address and (optionally) mobile number, and assign you a student number. Account credentials are stored in hashed form.
Certificate verification. Every certificate verification attempt is logged (name entered, certificate number entered, IP address, time) for security and anti-abuse purposes.
We use your information only to operate the certification programme: administering accounts and examinations, issuing and verifying certificates, answering enquiries, and maintaining the security of the website. We do not sell personal information.
A small number of cookies are used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferred language.
Certificate records are kept permanently so that qualifications remain verifiable. Contact messages and verification logs are retained for a reasonable operational period.
